An IB’s task is to represent Jaden Forex (Jaden Company ltd.) in dealing with traders or clients. This task covers:

- Assisting a trader’s transaction activities. In this case, IB helps in processing funds from/to broker to be sent from/to broker. IB also acts as a money changer.
- Explain Jaden Forex and its facilities to clients.
- Mediation. In the event of problems between trader and broker, the IB acts as mediator for the broker to explain the problem to local clients. Understandable simple language (as opposed to Economic terms), effective communication and flexible working hours enable IB to have better interaction with the clients.

Equation : Jaden Forex Lot x Contract Size / Leverage
Quotes : USD/CHF 1.5582, leverage 1:100, buy 1 Lot, so the required margin shall be: 10,000 (Jaden Forex Lot) x 1 /100 = 100 USD
- Margin Calculation of Direct Pair (USD as counter currency)
Equation : JadenForex Lot x Currency Quote x Contract Size/ Leverage
Quotes : EUR/USD 1.3297, leverage 1:100, but 1 Lot, so the margin required shall be: 10,000 x 1.3297 x 1 / 100 = 132.97 USD
- Margin Calculation of Cross Rate Pair (other forex currency without USD)
Equation : JadenForex Lot x Currency Mean* x Contract Size / Leverage
Example : GBP/JPY (bid: 152.84; ask: 152.90), leverage 1:100, buy 1 Lot, so the required margin shall be: 10,000 x 152.87* x 1 / 100 = 15,287 USD

What do ‘stop out’ and ‘margin call’ mean? How do they happen?
Margin Call means that the funds in your trading account are less than 30% of your Balance and we will try to contact you for a Funds Deposit Request to strengthen your trading position. Stop Out means that the funds in your trading account are less than 10% of your Balance.
